Concert Attendees Should Know
- RSVPs are required as attendance at any event is limited. Specific directions to the concert will be provided to folks that RSVP. (NOTE: All RSVPs are added to the distribution list for notifications about future events so you don't need to fill out the contact form if you RSVP.)
- Each attendee is strongly encouraged to donate at least $20 to the performers. (It's how the performers get paid - we all chip in.)
- Our concerts are open to anyone age 12 years or older.
- Leave your pets at home.
- Concerts are held outdoors. Cancellation due to weather may occur. You will be notified via email if the event is cancelled. Emails will be sent out at least 2 hours prior to the event start.
- Bring your own lawn chair and bug spray. (Bugs are a fact of outdoor life in Texas.)
- Dress is comfortable and casual; but do wear shoes suitable for walking outdoors (boots, sneakers, and such.) Be sure to dress for the weather, hot or cold, since the concerts are outdoors.
- Water will be available. For everything else it's BYOB.
- Attendees are encouraged to bring a little something (munchies, finger foods) to share at intermission (not required, just encouraged).
